The firm's staff includes three Chartered Surveyors and registered RICS Valuers who undertake valuations of properties ranging from small residential properties to complex commercial resorts and marina developments.
Long term property rentals
This includes strategic development advice, feasibility analysis, exit strategies, and Government liaison. We also provide clients with a lead role in the development process, acting on their behalf with the development team and as liaison with various Government departments through the development process.
Office and retail rentals
Construction management and cost monitoring involve management of the construction program, from feasibility through to completion, focusing on the design, cost bid analysis, procurement, overall financial aspects of the project, and certifications of variations and change orders.
Valuations and appraisals
These services include: Handling client income and expenditure with monthly reporting, Payroll services for employees, including monthly and annual returns to Government agencies, Payment of monthly and annual fees, including utility bills, insurance premiums, property tax, and HAT (Hotel Accommodation Tax).
