Accommodations: Five bedrooms are being offered. Four king beds and 2 queen beds. This is a design that is well suited for five (5) couples or a family/group of ten/twelve (10/12) persons. The property includes expansive terraces with lounging/sitting opportunities, and extensive gardens and grounds.
Amenities: Villa Aquamare 1 includes but is not limited to on-site concierge services, kitchen and dining facilities for either self or chef catering, daily housekeeping services, internet access in each room, and smart TVs with satellite programming.
Rates:
Jan. 11 – April 30: $37,828 per week.
May 1 – Aug. 31: $30,743 per week.
Sept. 1 – Dec. 16: $27,362 per week.
Dec. 16 – Jan. 10: $12,000 per night (10 night minimum).
A 22% BVI Government Tax and Service Fee is added to Rental Rates.
