Bay House

Bay House is steps away from a secluded beach in a low-density estate.  It consists of two pavilions linked by a covered terrace. The Main Pavilion includes a spacious living room, functional kitchen and elegant dining room which open to the large, covered terrace and swimming pool deck. The Second Pavilion comprises three air-conditioned, ensuite bedrooms each with a private terrace and spectacular ocean views. The villa offers a relaxed, elegant lifestyle defined by simple yet sophisticated interiors. Sturdy German-made fixtures and sealed concrete countertops are balanced by softer hues and bamboo cabinetry in the kitchen and bedrooms. Its floor plan was designed for indoor-outdoor tropical living.

The villa enjoys beautiful 180-degree views of the Caribbean Sea and benefits from year-round trade winds minimizing the use of air-conditioning. A gentle sloping path leads down to Crooks Bay which is a very private beach. The villa is a few minutes away from the Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour with is shops and from the airport.  Within easy access are spectacular beaches, world class restaurants and some of the finest sailing waters in the Caribbean.

Bay House is an oceanfront villa, in Crooks Bay, a low-density estate on Virgin Gorda.  It is 5 minutes’ drive from the ferry dock, and 7 minutes’ drive from the airport. The villa is a few minutes away from the Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour.  Within easy access are spectacular beaches, world class restaurants and some of the finest sailing waters in the Caribbean.

Main Pavilion:

Bay House consists of two pavilions linked by a covered terrace.  On entering the over-sized doors to the Main Pavilion, there is an incredible “WOW” view of the dramatic oceanfront in the distance. The Main Pavilion includes a spacious living room, functional kitchen and elegant dining area which opens to the large, covered terrace and swimming pool deck. A covered terrace with outdoor dining, and comfortable seating are perfect for family and friends’ gatherings.

Bedroom Pavilion:

The second pavilion comprises three ensuite bedrooms, each with a private terrace and spectacular ocean views.  With simple, yet elegant interiors; air-conditioning; plush king beds and luxurious linens, and powerful showers, guests enjoy restorative sleep and therapeutic showers.

Swimming Pool and Beach:

The swimming pool is oriented to benefit from morning, noon and afternoon sun. Sunny all day, the pool is naturally heated year-round. The water-feature is an overflow edge into the lower trough. With a spacious pool deck there is plenty space for lounging and tanning. Just off the pool, 30 seconds walk guests reach the oceanfront. Crooks Bay is a beautiful, private beach, with exotic boulders, warm tidal pools, and creamy sand.
