With over a mile of shoreline, Little Bay Estate presents a rare opportunity to own a private beachfront property in North Sound, the premier residential address in the British Virgin Islands. The estate can only be accessed from the sea but is conveniently located close to Leverick Bay Resort and Marina and Gun Creek. The estate is twenty minutes by boat from Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport on Beef Island or 15 minutes’ drive to the airstrip on Virgin Gorda. North Sound, Virgin Gorda has emerged as one of the leading ultra-high end destinations in the Caribbean, with residential developments on Moskito Island and Oil Nut Bay Resort.
