Located on gated and very private Nora Hazel Point, this impeccable six-bedroom villa offers simply luxurious accommodation for up to 12 guests. Nora Hazel House is a fabulous family home featuring open interior spaces, gourmet kitchen and expansive, well-maintained grounds mainly laid to lawn and bordered by mature palms and vibrant tropical planting. One of many features at this villa is the large private pool complete with a shaded, shallow kiddies area making it perfectly safe for all the family to enjoy. A brand new state of the art gym with stunning views over the Sir Francis Drake Channel, has an air conditioned indoor section with 2 treadmills, 2 peloton bikes, ski-erg, rower, bench with a full set of Rouge weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, bands, skipping ropes and yoga mats. For those who prefer fresh air, our shaded outdoor section has a full set of Rouge weights, 2 bars with a full set of plates and a bench, pull-up bar, wall ball target, jump box and battle ropes. We have also included a refreshing outdoor shower and a cold plunge.

Property Includes: 3 King Suites with ensuite bathrooms, 1 Queen Suite with ensuite bathroom, 1 detached cottage with 2 King suites both with ensuite bathrooms, 1 Office workspace, and a private swimming pool.

Amenities: 6 Air-conditioned Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, private patios, and picture-perfect sea views, sleeping 12 guests maximum. There are 6 en-suite bathrooms plus a half bath inside and a half bath outside, ceiling fans, a library, high-speed internet, TVs, Apple TV, Dish and Sonos, alfresco dining, a BBQ, a private pool and sundeck, an outdoor bathroom, a fire pit, and outdoor games.

Nora Hazel House Price Terms and Rates for 2026/2027:

Peak Season (11 January 2026 to 30 May 2026, excluding Prime weeks): $4,500.00 per villa per night (minimum 4 nights) plus 25% BVI Government taxes and service fee.

Low Season (1 June 2026 to 30 October 2026): $3,500.00 per villa per night (minimum 4 nights) plus 25% BVI Government taxes and service fee.

Peak Season (1 November 2026 to 14 December 2026): $4,500.00 per villa per night (minimum 4 nights) plus 25% BVI Government taxes and service fee.

Prime Season (15 December 2026 to 10 January 2027): $6,500.00 per villa per night (minimum 7 nights, or a minimum of 14 nights if booking both Christmas and New Year weeks). For holiday bookings, Christmas check-out is no later than December 27th, and New Year check-in is no earlier than December 28th.

A 10% discount is applied if both villas are rented together, though this does not apply to Prime Season bookings.

Rates Include: Accommodation, daily housekeeping, welcome amenities, onsite concierge, house managers and staff, government taxes and service fees paid in advance, and a provisioning service where the cost of food and beverages is not included.

Rates Exclude: Food and beverage costs, private chefs, rental cars, taxis, island tours, yacht charters, spa services, and airport transfers.
