Scrub Island is a private island resort about one mile from the east end of Tortola, covering roughly 230 acres. It is home to Scrub Island Resort, Spa & Marina.

From Beef Island airport, it is about a two-minute drive to Trellis Bay Dock, followed by a private launch to the island that takes roughly 10 minutes.

Three types of residence have been offered: Marina Village condominiums, Ocean View Villas, and Longview Villas.

• Marina Village condominiums are two-bedroom units, fully furnished, with gourmet kitchens and balconies with waterfront views.
• Ocean View Villas are two- and three-bedroom single-family homes, on the water or on an elevated site.
• Longview Villas are the largest homes, with three to six bedrooms, terraces, and infinity pools.

The island has a four-tiered lagoon-style pool with waterfalls and a swim-up bar, three private beaches including 1,200-foot North Beach, and the 3,000-square-foot Ixora Spa. There is also a 24-hour fitness center, a signature restaurant, a marina bar and grill, and a deli and café.
