Rental Rates:
Low Season (May 1 – November 19th): $3,531 Nightly (minimum 3 nights' stay)
High Season (November 20 – Apr 30): $4,994 Nightly (minimum 3 nights' stay)
Premium Season (December 19 – Jan 4): $5,671 Nightly (minimum 7 nights' stay)
Please note that the rates do not include a chef, server or food but do include the manager/concierge and housekeepers. We can add chef services on request. Food & beverage costs, 10% government tax and 15% service charge are additional and not included in the above prices. Security Deposit is $2500.
